We are excited to be hosting the first of our Monthly Legalise Cannabis Party NSW gatherings at The Hemporium Back Yard Garden 1-3pm this Saturday the 16th Of May.

Why here, Why now?

My passion to End Cannabis Prohibition started 12 years ago.

After experiencing the benefits for myself and witnessing the benefits in our community, I believed the Australian people deserved to have affordable access to a plant that was gifted to us from creation. 

I witnessed the benefits for myself who was suffering at the time with an autoimmune condition, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, emotional eating.

I witnessed the benefits in our community, seeing people getting relief from pain, inflammation, insomnia, epilepsy, chronic health conditions and more.

I also witnessed better quality of life and extended life for those in palliative care.

The first time I saw a 4 your old boy having an epileptic seizure I heard a voice in my head say, "this child does not have a voice but I do."

It was s bitter sweet journey witnessing those suffering in our community having better quality of life, while the plant was being withheld from millions of Australians needlessly suffering.

I started to do a little research and discovered that the Cannabis/Hemp Plant is one of the safest, natural, non-toxic, most beneficial plant medicines on the planet.

The Cannabis/Hemp plant has been consumed as food and medicine in its Natural Form for thousands of years with no recorded deaths ever.

We also have a built in Endocannabinoid system ECS, which is our body's master regulatory system. Our ECS governs our immune system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system, nervous system ,  pain, emotion, mood, appetite, digestion, metabolism, gut health,  reproduction system sleep and more.

The purpose of the Endocannabinoid System is to achieve and maintain homes stasis, and the simplest way to achieve this is to consume this plant as food and medicine in it's natural form.

Currently it is legal to grow and consume Cannabis in Canberra where all of or politician's and their families take residence.

With this in mind what's good for Canberra should be good for the rest of Australia, in my opinion.

If Cannabis is safe and legal to grow in Canberra then it must be safe and should be legal to grow in every Australian State.

In the March 2023 state elections I stood with Jeremy Buckingham on the ballet paper for a place in the upper house (legislative council) for The Legalise Cannabis NSW Party, LCNSW.

Jeremy won a seat in that election and progress has been made with The LCNSW but there is still a long way to go to #endprohibition.
