Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please take a moment to read our booking policy. [Payments] Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All payments are non-refundable. [Cancellations & Rescheduling] We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With 24 hours’ notice, your treatment payment will be honoured and transferred to a new appointment time. [Late Cancellations & No Shows] Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in the treatment being forfeited. As your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you, the payment cannot be refunded or transferred. [Late Arrival] If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply.
