Hemp Milk
Rich in protein, healthy fats and minerals. Use this plant-based milk substitute in teas, smoothies and other recipes.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
3/4 cup Toxin-free Water, or Coconut Water
1-2 Dates (optional, for sweetness)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine hemp seeds, water (and dates if using) in a blender and mix at high speed until white and fluffy.
Step 2
Add to tea, smoothies, or any recipe as a milk substitue.
