CBGA affects everyone differently. Begin with the amount recommended by your qualified healthcare practitioner and adjust only under their guidance. Start by taking 2 drops under the tongue with Breakfast and Lunch (1.5hrs apart from any pharmaceuticals). Increase by 1 drop each day until you experience a noticeable improvement to your symptoms, a feeling of well being or your tolerance level.
