Start with 1/4 cookie 2 hours before bed. Cookies can take up to 2 hours to have an effect, if you do not feel pain relief and/or get better sleep increase by 1/8 each night. 1/4 cookie should be a sufficient dose for beginners. 1 cookie should be sufficient for experienced users.
