Dosage:

Adults - Start with 1/4 teaspoon waiting a few hours before next dosage. 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily is the recommended dose for pain or inflammation (eg. morning, lunch, afternoon, before bed). 1/4 teaspoon at night half an hour to hour before bed recommended dose for improved sleep.

Directions for Use:

Enjoy straight or stir into tea, smoothies or raw treats.

May also be used for healing open wounds in both humans and animals.

Important Information: Honey must pass through the digestive system before reaching the bloodstream. It may take 30-60 minutes to produce effects, depending on factors like your metabolic rate and whether you consume the honey on a full or empty stomach.
