Start with 1/4 cookie with morning tea, afternoon tea or before bed. Cookies can take up to 2 hours to have an effect. If you do not feel pain relief increase by 1/8 the following day. 1/4 cookie should be a sufficient dose for beginners. 1 cookie should be sufficient for those experiencing chronic pain or experienced users.
