99.99% pure carbon 60 with C8 & C10 medium chain triglycerides derived from sustainable coconut oil, with zero palm oil mixed in.
Dosage
Proper dosing of Carbon 60 has not been scientifically evaluated, however, we have received enough feedback from customers over the last several years to feel confident in proposing some general dosing recommendations.
For people wishing to experiment with the long term benefits of Carbon 60, we recommend taking one teaspoon per day (apx 5 ml), every day, any time of day, with or without food.
Ideally we like 5ml once daily preferably on empty stomach preferably in the morning. There are about 20 teaspoons in our 100 ml bottle.
Some of our customers who are performance athletes prefer taking an entire 100 ml bottle all at once, one bottle per month. This method provides a noticeable boost in performance for some people.
For those aiming for higher doses of 10-20ml daily we advise starting on a lower dose of 5ml daily for the first week as some experience detox reactions taking too much too soon.
For topical application, we recommend rubbing a few drops per day into the area that you are focusing on.
Storage
To protect the product from degradation, we recommend storing the oil in a place where it is protected from both heat and light, such as a cupboard away from the stove or any other heat generating appliances.
When stored properly, an unopened bottle of Carbon 60 oil has a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, we recommend using within 30-60 days for maximum quality.
