Mandala painting technique, sacred mantras, meditation, colour therapy and art fundamentals, ending with a supportive sharing circle.
Join us for a cosy winter afternoon of creativity in the garden space at Hemporium Wellness Centre Newcastle. Together we’ll explore the history of mantras and mandalas, then settle into a guided meditation to connect with your own intuitive mantra—an intention you’ll weave into your mandala artwork.
You’ll learn the basics of chroma (colour) therapy and beginner‑friendly art theory, including balance, focal point, tints, tones and shades. From there, you’ll be guided step‑by‑step to map out, draw and paint a beautiful mandala using quality acrylic paints.
We’ll close with a sharing circle where you can show-and-tell about your own mantra and mandala. An outdoor fire pit will keep us toasty, and warm drinks and nourishing treats will be available from the Hemporium café. You’ll leave with your…
