We’re excited to announce a new day — and a deeper focus — for our weekly community wellness morning.
Join us every Thursday from 10am–11am for Therapeutic Thursdays: a nourishing, educational hour devoted to Hemp for Health, holistic wellbeing, and conscious community connection.
🌿 What to expect each week:
• Hemp health education to help you understand the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) — the body’s master regulator of balance, mood, immunity, inflammation response, sleep and hormones
