Join us every Thursday from 10am–11am for Therapeutic Thursdays — a nourishing hour dedicated to Hemp for Health, holistic education, and community connection.

Each week you’ll receive:🌿 Hemp health education — understand the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) and how it supports balance, mood, immunity & inflammation response.🥤 Hemp smoothie samples — taste how easy it is to nourish your body with plant-based omegas, fibre and minerals.👩‍🔬 Special guest Elise, our in-house biologist — offering digestible science, ECS insights, and answering your hemp questions.
